Dancing Yogis

Connect to the living force that fuels the dance! Using the techniques of yoga, meditation and dance improvisation, awaken and play with the energy that strengthens the body, lifts the spirit, sparks creativity and connects us to each other.

Dancing Yogis is open to all skill levels as we each work with and explore our own individual energy. The course is designed to empower participants to work with what they have and connect to each other in the joyful celebration of dance. Bring easy to move clothes, water, a journal, something to draw with and be ready to dance in the open-air splendor of Pillow Fort!

Sliding scale $5-$25; no one turned away for lack of funds.

Please RSVP in advance
